THE JOY OF ACRYLIC: a 1-day FREE Painting Workshop

Looking to express your creativity? Have you always wanted to try painting?

Join local artist, Caroline Wampole, at the Montague Center Library, for a 2-hour hands-on exploration of tools and techniques. Call 413-863-3214 to sign up! Adults and teens (13+).

Acrylic is a wonderfully fast and forgiving medium. Whatever your skill level, this 2-hour class will get you joyfully painting in acrylic, through step-by-step instructor demos and hands-on exploration of tools and techniques. The end result will be an original painting on canvas to take home.

Class size is limited to allow for highly personalized attention and feedback. Open to all levels. No previous painting or drawing experience necessary!

Materials needed: Bring a couple of photos or images that you’d like to draw: portraits, landscapes, or still life (images will also be available in class). Paint, brushes, palettes, canvas and other materials provided. Bring an art apron if you have one.

Caroline Wampole is an artist and teacher with over 35 years’ experience helping students of all ages and levels unlock their creative potential.
