Sing and move with Tom & Laurie at the Montague Center Library April 4th through May 30!

Through the repetition of songs, children gain comfort and familiarity with the repertoire and the targeted Spanish vocabulary around greetings, parts of the body, animals, colors, counting, family, action verbs, weather, and seasonal elements of nature. Bilingual music and movement encourages playful adaptations of songs and collective creation of new verses that incorporate high interest themes and accessible movements in order to expand vocabulary and create connections beyond the program. Young children find their voices through a variety of modalities of self-expression, including singing along, contributing to new verses, suggesting animal sounds and actions, and moving their bodies.
