The Montague Center Library Has New Signs!

The signs pay homage to the building’s history while highlighting its current use. Special thanks to Montague Center Librarian, Anna Greene, who recommended McAnney Fine Carved Signs, in Swanzey, NH. The signs were made possible by the collaborative effort of library patron and Montague Center resident Peg Bridges, Montague Public Libraries' Director Linda Hickman, the Montague Historical Commission, Selectman Mike Nelson, and library Trustee Vicki Valley. Funding for the signs came from a generous donation from late library patron and Montague Center resident, Elaine Cuthbert.
