The Montague Public Libraries will be hosting two community conversations on accessibility and accessible collections at the libraries

The Montague Public Libraries Present:

A Community Conversation on accessibility and accessible collections at the libraries

Tuesday, July 9th at 10:00AM at the Gill Montague Senior Center, 62 5th Street

OR

Wednesday, July 10th at 6:00PM VIA Zoom

The Montague Public Libraries received a grant to develop collections of assistive technology and devices to support members of the community with low vision or who are hard of hearing.

We’re seeking input from those with disabilities affecting their vision and hearing, and their allies, to inform what kinds of collections we purchase and to learn what other changes they would like to see in their public libraries.

The Zoom event will use closed captions.

To register, please email librarydirector@montague-ma.gov
and indicate if you would like to attend the in-person session on July 9th or the virtual session on July 10th.

This event is for adults.
