The Montague Public Libraries offer materials, services, and programs to foster educational, cultural, and recreational enrichment in the community. Everyone is welcome through our doors.
Strategic Plan
After a vigorous process, the trustees of the Montague Public Libraries and Library Director, Caitlin Kelley, completed a five-year strategic plan in 2022. Over a period of nine months, Caitlin and the Special Services Subcommittee surveyed the community, facilitated a focus group, solicited feedback from consultants, and held one-on-one interviews with residents. With ample feedback about what people want and need from their community and their libraries, the subcommittee defined library priorities into goals, objectives, and actions.
